High 12's isn't out of range for ANYONE. It's just a matter of how much money he wants to spend.

Oh and by the way Mr. Supeg , there is a guy at my track that has a 2000 GT 5-speed. He has cold air induction, and sticky tires (Hoosier street legal's) and he runs 13.1's @103!! Not too bad for a GT with tires and a CAI huh? (of course he ditches the passenger seat, spare, etc., leaves the line at 5k, and power shifts the thing like a maniac )
