Lets see, I can't state facts because I don't own a 99+ GT... Hmmm, I could never have worked on late model modulars... I could never have dynoed them... I could never have driven them on the track... I have PERSONALLY seen several BONE stock 99+ GTs dip into the 13s with stock size drag radials... Can they ALL be factory freaks? The key more than anything is DRIVING.... will an average driver hit mid 14s with a stock GT? Yes. Can someone who knows what they are doing dip into the 13s? Yes If you want facts, I would suggest you spend some time looking at the Modular FAQ and less time looking at advertisements.
