I know, if you look at the back of a Car and Driver magazine, you'll see that the Mustang GT is quoted as running 15.1 in the quarter.

Of course you could use the arguement that he lives at higher attitude, but you should quote car as running "X" time because obviously it will artificially squew the times. And this guy is sticking to firmly to his "15.0" for me to think this.
