$500 sounds a little high to me too. You could buy a brand new set of Welds for $500 from Summit. Unless the tires are like brand new I would take a pass or offer less.

You have to make sure you use the right lug nuts with them, some people dont and the rims end up splitting, especially with the pro-stars. I know several guys who drive on the street with them.
