![]() This is saying the obvious, but attach a boxwrench to a pulley bolt on the airpump and give it a solid whack with a dead blow mallet. If THAT doesnt break it free, nothing in the entire world will. Before you do this, though, give it a small whack on the face of the pulley to loosen it up. The vanes inside the airpump are plastic, so they should shatter easily
