Ya...the 99+ Mustangs didn't have the Octane Spout. I usually don't mess with it much because most chips out today have multiple programs already. The only time I have ever used the pin was when we had a costumer with a '98 GT that could not afford a chip at the time, but wanted to run nitrous. We actually wired the pin in with the nitrous solenoids, so all the costumer had to do was push one button inside the car.

96_4.6, All the options Vic listed above is pretty standard operation by a good chip tuner. Most over-the-counter chips don't offer half these.
