I have Road Runner. Just seems like my pc is running slower than it should. Prolly would help if I cleared some of the CRAP out of it and Defragged more. Does that help to do a Defrag often, as far as keeping it running faster? Ive only done it maybe once or twice since I had it.

defragging can make windows run quicker....just cuz you dont have so much access crap lagging it...thats if it matters...most of the defrags i do do nothing...maybe its time for a memory boost....i find the best way to get a more efficient computer is to reinstall windows....but dont do that...rofl...
