![]() I met a guy at one of our Mustang meets that was a technician at Kenny Brown. He installed a set of Ford C springs on his Stang and was using KYB struts and shocks. These were brand new when the springs went on. He said the struts lasted about 6 months before they were toast, and the shocks lasted a bit longer but eventually gave out as well. That convinced me to buy Koni Yellows and I was very happy with them. They are very stiff, but man did they handle the twisties! I have a friend who uses Koni Reds and his car has a bit smoother ride, but you give up some in handling. Either one will be a vast improvement over stock though, and they are guaranteed forever.
