I say with "Z" rated (aka summer tires only) and that width.

YOUR SCREWED!

I have driven in snow with Z rated tires and it was a VERY VERY slow drive. If there is any packed snow on the road where your tire cannot contact the road. You are in even BIGGER trouble! Based on my experiences!
