Thank you very much 82GT!
My wiring harness hasn't melted/been totally wasted, but i have alot of cracked/decayed wires and my car for the longest time had a charging problem because the power wire to the regulator wasn't getting power. I have alot of wiring i'll have to do in the future, so maybe i should invest in a new harness. I'm getting an '89 GT that i'll drive everyday, so my '84 car will be on standby for a while, while i convert it to being a street/stip race car. Definately let me know how the install went, i definately look forward to the time i can get rid of all that regulator wiring crap. thanks again!

- Do you have the part # for the alternator that you ordered? thanks, i'll probably buy that soon.
