Granny shifting...to my knowledge is just taking it easy when shifting. Shifting slow & at a lower rpm than you would say in a full on drag race.
Double clutching...I'm not sure about that one. The only time I've heard the term is in the movie "The Fast & the Furious". If anyone has a "real" definition of double clutching...I'd like to hear it.
