one tube goes to the front side hole and "neck" of the intake which leads to the tree of hoses by the wiper motor, put it on the very left side one., and i put the tree in the back. on the opposite side of the hole on front. the center hole in the tree i put the PCV tube on that. then one tube goes to the fuel pressure regulator. finally i put on that comes from the canister purge by the bottem of the radiator on the air filter side. sorry i don't have any pics or more information, i have my intake ripped off because i put new gaskets and putting a EGR eliminter bracket, and a idle bypass valve in which i can control my idle RPM by a turn of a screw. both are from steeda if you didn't know. But anyways i really hope i helped you out a little bit, i was in the same senario when i first got the Intake set. P.S. the instruction suck a**.
