A few years ago there was a guy running around my hometown that had that Bright Tangerine color but his also had two black stripes running over the hood/top/back of the car. He said that the car came from the dealer with the stripes. I really liked the look of that car!
To be honest, I've never seen another Bright Tangerine Mustang to this day - must be rare! Cool!  E
