Very sorry to hear about your grandma especially in light of the car accident you posted this week.
I lost my grandma to Alzheimers in July 2001. It wasn't easy...but it was also very painful to watch someone I loved so much (a lively, strong, and good-hearted woman) struggle with day-to-day tasks and not be able to recognize people important to her or remember anything about her life. I pulled through by leaning on my family and my girlfriend, and I know you will too...hang in there.
