but anyway, there are a few fixes.. depending on the year, you may be able to replace the hinges (if they bolt on) they sell larger dia. pins (but you'd have to re-drill the holes). or you can weld the holes, redrill, and put new pins in.... depending on the year, new hinges would be the best route (if they are glued on, i'd hire a body guy to fix it...) don't worry, it's normal wear, I had an 81, that I drilled to take 1/2" bolts... ------------------ Black,84 GT,ground effects,shorty headers, 'open' dual exh.,302 HO(no pollution control crap),T5,89 ported heads,edelbrock Performer manifold, Edelbrock 2122 cam,600 Holley, high volume oil pump... gears (4:10's) coming soon.
