Here's a question for ya...our stangs tranny shift points are controlled by speed and not by rpms correct? My speedometer is totally shot, and today in Drive, punching the gas to the floor, it shifted into 2nd gear, during WIDE OPEN THROTTLE, at 3500 rpms. Since the exhaust on this car is too big (3 in.), it has no low end power, so this is a death sentence! It has a POSI rear for sure..cause I exited a turn today testing her illegally and got on the gas and it drifted its way around up in the 5 grand range.. And supposedly it's got a 3.73 rear.
