First,get a mechanical oil pressure gauge. It's the only way to determine what your pressure actually is.
Second,I doubt you have 3:73 gears. I t sounds more like 2:73's to me. I also wouln't be surprised if you synchros are going bad since all factory T-5 are notorious for that. As far as you clutch problem, how far from the floor does the petal travel before the clutch engages?
