Your stock heads (69 & 70 351W) are excellent and will be even better after porting (I own a 69 mach 1). Your parts list is pretty damn good, though both your cams are fairly mild. I would find one with a bit more lift (.550 range). You cannot run as much compression on cast iron heads as they don't dissipate heat like aluminum but right under 10.5:1 should be fine on good ol' 93 octane. If funds permit have the heads cut to accept larger valves. If you are running a high volume pump get a larger oil pan. I have see countless people run their cars out of oil and spin bearings.(all the oil gets sent to the top of the engine and runs the pan dry) Any other questions send me a line.
