I run Mobil 1 non-synthetic in my stock motor with a Motorcraft filter. In the summer I run 10w-40 and in the winter I run 5w-30. My car hardly leaked in the summer, now I can't leave it alone for 30 seconds without oil dripping out of it. I'd definately go with 10w-40 for your application. ~Brian
