A friend of mine had a Hurst Billet shifter, and he was always missing gears in it. I have a Pro 5.0 with a Tri-Ax handle, and I can easily miss 3rd. For some reason, when I push up to go into 3rd, it will catch on something. Like it is jamming in between 1st and 3rd. I don't know if the Tri-Ax handle has anything to do with it. The only thing I can do to help it is to just RAM the handle into 3rd.
