The power increase on a stock engine with either the 70 or 75mm unit is about the same (very small). You might notice a bit crisper throttle response, but that's about it....
Most CAI kits use a somewhat stretchable (usually rubber) sleeve to attach to the throttle body, so you shouldn't have a problem (no promises now...  )
