11 mph in a construction zone .......well heck the construction zones cover about 90% of Pa. roads ...........might as well just go by a metro
82gt ....in Pa. 31 miles above the speed limit requires a suspention (15 -30 days)and/or a drivers test .......and 5 pionts ....you'll have to go to a departmental hearing depending on how many pionts you have on your record ,you might get additional days on the suspention.......if you go over 6 points then you have to go to departmental hearing and they will decide on whether you take a test or get suspended based on your driving record .... i have a long record with pa. ....(been there, arrested for that)....if i learn any more of pa. laws i'm going to take the bar exame and become a layer
