On my car though, at idle the needle in my stock oil gauge goes all the way to zero briefly. If I rev it up to 1500 it will go to the 2nd notch up. When I shut the car off, sometimes pressure will go to zero and then make a little squealing noise as it shuts down. I realize the screen may be clogged but something is not right.
