Default vacuum lines

So did you plug the hard vacuum lines that used to go to the smog stuff? I too have removed my smog pump, charcoal canister and all of those lines on the passenger side of the engine comparment above the header. The one that used to go down to the smog stuff broke off right at that black connector that connects all 4 of those lines. Do you think that is ok? Should I plug it? It doesn't seem like there is any vacuum sucking or leaking right there. Maybe since I removed all of that smog equipment...it doesn't need to be plugged?? What do you think?
