You can go 60-70mph in three of your five gears with a manual and at least two of the four with an auto.

How many miles are on the car?

What's your trans?

Is it every gear?

Try running those rpms in another gear and doing the same
thing. What happens?

Does it happen only under load (ie try it in neutral)?

Get under the hood and hold the car (in neutral) at the rpms you have the issue. Do you notice anything that seems out of place?
