The tranny vibe may be due to bad mounts. Were they replaced? As far as tune - 13 degress is not enough. I'd increase base timing to at least 16 degress, and up the base fuel pressure to 40-41psi (no vacuum). You should be in the 106-108 mph range when you get it all dialed in.
