You could always purchase a Fidanza Aluminum flywheel - very nice piece and it's what I have on my 331. MM&FF just did an article on aluminum vs. steel flys - interesting article that shows that aluminum flys are the way to go. Only drawback is the price.

Also, the flywheel will come with three plates - one for 50oz, 28oz and one for 0 or neutral.
