1995 5.0 a good buy?

$8,800 plus a 92 Buick LeSabre (139,000 miles) got me the 95 GT, 5.0, 5-speed, vert, 65,000 miles. I couldn't be happier. It's the most fun I've had driving in forever!. The acceleration in 2nd, 3rd and 4th is a rush. And the black on black exterior is in great shape and makes it a real looker. Thanks to all who replied with such useful info - it was real helpful. Now for some light mods . . . I'm a complete nubie, and don't have a lot of tools (although I do have a garage). But I'm eager to learn about the car and undertake some light mods to boost performance. Any suggested books, web sites, or other resources that might be a helpful starting point would be most welcome. More importantly, any suggested easy mods that I might undertake immediately would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!
