I dunno, hard to tell from the photos. The headers appear to be ceramic coated, the h-pipe is plain stainless.
If they are chrome, there is no orange peel to the surface texture, they are glass smoothe. THe ceramic coated ones have a sprayed on look... Here are my ceramic coated ones:
