That was my understanding about the base chip. I don't have the time to look it up right now. Heck, I'm still at work. ugh.

If you're not knocking at 14 deg w/89 you would see more power, theoretically. Since 89 burns easier and a little hotter, it would make more power. That's why you use higher octane, to keep it from burning too soon.

Anyway, I'm going to eventually run 14 w/91 out here. If I could run 16, I'd do that, since I think 15 would be best. I'm putting in the upr t/a and bbk pullies this spring.

Something tells me I may have bought the bbks from somebody here?
