Ford covered my '01 GT and I had:

Mufflers
H-Pipe
Lowering kit
CAI
MAF meter
TB
intake spacer
Chip

The only thing I could see is the amp. Only if you ever have a problem with the charging system. However the GT's have amps from the factory, do you want more?
