It all depends on what the goal for your car is.

"IMO" 24 # injectors will support about 100 more HP than 19 # injectors will. If you are staying Naturally aspirated with a 302 it is pretty damn hard to outgrow the 24 # injectors.

I am not a big fan of people running 30 # injectors @ 30psi WOT of fuel pressure. The result is a poor spray pattern which will hurt performance.
