NO need in spending that much for a motor unless you are a serious drag racer and then I hold ZERO faith in a mail order motor. Sorry, Just my opinon, and the svo heads are useless if you arent going to turn above 7000 rpm. Ive had extensive experince with the big blocks with both sets of heads in drag cars and in pullin trucks. Unless yo uare turnin above 7000 I highly frown on the SVo or Cobra Jet aluminum heads. A set of well ported DOVE heads with good valve train components ( Harland Sharp Roller Rockers, Probe Stud Girdle )will out perform the aluimnum heads under 700 rpm AND THAT IS MY GUARANTEE.
