The multifunction switch is a common-fail culprit of no headlights. If you had a wiring diagram and a test light you could see if the switch was getting headlight power and even jumper across the switch and manually turn the lights on, but if you don't/can't do that it's most likely the multifunction switch. I ended up paying $45 for one, but it was used and went through the biggest hassle to get the right one.....by the way NEVER buy from www.stangparts.com, horrible service.
