That saleen intake looks exactly like the systemax intake.

Im not too sure what numbers you should expect with either one but I am sure it it would lower the numbers to at least a 12.4 or 12.3. because it would get rid of some of your low end and give you more top end therefor making you hook better off the line. hell maybee you could even see a 12.2 but I don't relly know. Im sure someone on this board has the systemax intake on their car and could tell you a little more about it than I can.
