With the AFR head use the AGSP32C spark plug. Be sure to use just a dab of antisieze on the plug threads so the plugs do not gall on the aluminum when you have to pull them out later. The E cam is nice, BUT there are much better cams available. Technology has come a long way with cam profiles in the last 10 years since that E cam has come out.
