Why would you cut a hole in a perfectly good roof? Factory installed sunroofs are bad enough after a few years with leaks. Aftermarket ones are worse.

Trying to get replacement seals and parts after a couple of years is almost impossible on aftermarket stuff , so you wind up having a vehicle where you have to wear a poncho while driving in the rain.
