OK, enough is enough, and I'm not going to allow a member, and one in the wrong I might add, to start another huge disruption on the site.

Here's the facts:

First of all, the member phantomfox89 posted a question regarding a project car that used to be in MM&FF. This post had nothing to do with Nos_Notch whatsoever and also had nothing to do with any classified transaction.

Second, Nos_Notch responded to this thread accusing phantomfox89 of a bad transaction with one of his friends.

Third, phantomfox89 replied with an explanation regarding the transaction.

Four, Nos_Notch then posted a response that had threatening connotations to it. Basically, implying that his friend had a relative in phantomfox89's area of the country and that he'd be looking for him. And, also outright ask him if he "parked his car outside". Obviously implying that this person might do something to his Mustang. Furthermore, Nos_Notch also mentioned the Klan (KKK) in his post.

Fifth, several of our members were offended by his reference to the Klan. I received several private messages and Emails asking that his offensive remarks and statements regarding the KKK be removed from the site.

Six, the deletion of his post, which was an OBVIOUS implied threat and public flame against phantomfox89 was a 100% violation of our membership and posting rules. It also had NOTHING to do with tech, nothing to do with the topic of the thread, and was a matter that should have been dealt with through private Email. The deletion of his post was not a statement by myself, or MustangWorks.com, on whether or not Nos_Notch's friend was cheated in or not in any way by phantomfox89. If he was, I do not know. However, again, Nos_Notch made a VERY poor choice in judgment regarding both the method of confronting phantomfox89 and a very poor choice of content when doing so.

And, I stand by my statement to him. You violate our rules here, we WILL take whatever action we deem appropriate. Our rules are not open for debate. This is a privately owned site, and you have no god given rights here to act or post in such a threaten tone, flame, bash, or publicly attack other people on this site. And, it WILL NOT be tolerated.
