hes one of those "I READ IT IN A MAGAZINE" type of guys, we had to talk him down to 14lbs, he "read" in a magazine that guys are running 20lbs on stock shortblocks and running low 10's.
he doesnt read the part where they have built "stock-type" shortblocks, and worked heads.

just trying to knock some sense into him

we have another guy that is running a 4.56 gear with a p/a c4, and he thinks he's going to finish the 1/4 mile. hes got a mild 306 w/stg II trickflows. hes going to run out of steam at the 1000'

darn magazine racers......LOL
