Really, the only way to tell is to take it to the track and play with it. I started mine off this year at 40 and it went 107MPh I lowered it to 38 and it went 106MPH. But when I bumped it to 44 it went 109.22!! I would say a little more would probley benifit you more due to the fact that you have a stock fuel pump and injectors.
