I would just put a new or different battery in there and see if it starts. I had a similar problem before .. it was driving me crazy and I just said screw it, and put a new battery in. Started fine. Though yours may be a different problem. I dont know anything about starter solenoids

Are you talking about the fuses underneath the dash on the left side of the steering wheel?
