Is you Mass Air meter calibrated for 24 lb injectors, if not then you will definitely need to do that. Stock 5.0's should not have 24lb injectors, the stock intake and heads don't flow enough for those, plus you would need a bigger fuel pump and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
