Default 347 block and internals for $200

I have the chance to get a 347 for $200. Everything has to be put together though. It includes everything from crank to heads. My main question is I know when you buy a 347 short block from CHP or any of the other big companies they come with some kind of oil control system because they are known to burn oil; i don't know how true this is but I would like to know what I need to do because Me and my dad will be building it ourselves.
