i agree but he was long gone after he got out of the construction zone....must have been speeding the whole time.....and u just dont speed through contruction zones around here....major tickets are written for that $h1T.....if any of you ride on I-81 on a regular basis u can attest that the state troopers are all over the place all the time....its deffinantly no place to be racing....maybe i will bump into him some other time....
