Good thought. It's been a while since I've had time to play around with physics, but I believe the rule states something like as you approach the speed of light, mass increases exponentially. Good point. That being the case, in order to accelerate a larger mass, you need a larger force. Such that to reach 1/2 the speed of light, it would take more fuel than there is matter in the universe.
