Glencoe is consdiered west County, which is very close to both tracks. Gateway it about 20 minutes from there, and Mid America Raceway (MAR) is about 35 minutes.

Emissions....well they suck, but I guess they are nessecary. St. Louis has a rolls emission test that is good for 2 years, a drive thourgh garage which is good for a year, and finally a portable one they setup on entrance ramps that measure exhuast emissions when you drive buy that are also good for a year. So, in a nutshell, I don't see the 351 passing the sniffer. However, you can get a waiver if you spend at least $250 in "repairs" to try to fix the emission problem.

The good news is that the Grand Torino should pass. They go by what that particular car of that year would be considered normal. So while your Torino might put out twice what a new car does today, it is still allowable.
