Yes, 99% of aftermarket hoods are fiberglass. You have two options when it comes to hoods... bolt on, or lift off. Bolt ons are better for street but they are more expensive. They use the factory hardare (hinges, latch, etc...). Lift off are for racing, they are less expensive, and they require hood pins. I have been told that lift off hoods are not that great for street driving because they will rattle when you go down the freeway... if you don't mind the rattle, then go for it. |
