![]() There is a point on that arc where ithe tangent does touch. The truth is that the tire "flattens" to create a contact patch on the pavement. Therefore no true arc is ever present and therefore not a "point". That "contact patch" is an area with a coefficient of friction that provides traction that we performance "nuts" so appreciate.
