Not to get to HP400RW
 You will need to make some $ mods to attain that!As mentioned, lose weight and do a complete tune to make it run strong. But there aren't many something-for-nothing mods (unless you are talking about home-porting stock heads/intake)... some that are cheap include pulleys, exhaust, gears (won't make more power, but a more usable powerband).
