I ran a 14.2 with gears, pulleys, and exhaust so I think with some practice, you could run a low 14/high 13. My 60' on my 14.2 was a horrible 2.13.

As was said already, shift around 5100-5200 rpm. I used to trap 95 mph shifting close to redline. When I shifted just after 5000, I would trap at 98 mph. Good luck and have fun!!!!
